Amanda and Erin’s Fall Celebration of Love and Laughter at Ft. Worth’s Marty Leonard Chapel in Video Wedding Dallas TX

The beautiful Amanda with her striking auburn hair was perfectly complimented by the rich harvest colors chosen for her autumn wedding.  Amanda and her handsome groom, Erin, were married in Fort Worth’s unique Marty Leonard Chapel, designed by the famous architect, E. Fay Jones.  The lovely event was planned by April Coltharp of Flair Events and coordinated by Katherine Lewis of the Marty Leonard Chapel.

The fitted bodice of Amanda’s white satin ballgown combined a sweetheart neckline with crumb-catcher ruffles in an asymmetrical design, then fell into rusched gathers over a wide skirt and train.  A tulle veil and crystal jewelry completed her ensemble.

The bridesmaids wore strapless sheaths of brown satin, which echoed in the brown satin vests of the men in the wedding party.  A pair of flower girls wore white dresses with large satin sashes, and a pair of ring bearers toting moss-covered cushions, completed the wedding party.

The bride and groom were giddy with joy and the officiant kept them laughing throughout their wedding.  More chuckles were heard when an older couple offered their advice as part of the ceremony.  A more tender part of the ritual was the lighting of the unity candle.  Using two tapers to light the unity candle, Amanda acknowledged both of her parents and their new spouces.

Later, the bride and groom boogied into the reception at the Omni Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth.  Transitioning into a formal First Dance, Erin tried to put a few moves on his new wife – but she told him to ‘save it,’ renewing the generous laughter which filed their wedding ceremony.  The same eye to detail which had coordinated the wedding’s flowers with the bride’s hair could be seen in the wedding cake traced with curlicue leaves and vines.  The groom’s cake sported a Star Wars theme.

At the end of the reception, the new husband and wife only had to make their way to a room in the Omni, so their guests showered the couple with streamers as they came down the escalator and turn to offer one final fond farewell.

A bride takes a lot of time planning the minute details of her wedding, then on the day of the ceremony, it’s impossible for her to actually experience what she’s created.  A wedding video from LeniCam can turn back time and let her see the day from every angle.  Our DVD allowed Amanda to enjoy the live guitarist entertaining her guests before the ceremony, even though during the actual event, she was dressing in another part of the chapel.  The guitarist’s music is woven throughout the video to provide a fitting background for Amanda and Eric’s wedding memories.

“This is Your Last Chance to Run,” read the banner carried by two small tuxedo-clad groomsmen.  They were followed a young flower girl carrying a banner declaring, “Here Comes the Bride.”  Richard showed no sign of running as the graceful Angela was escorted to his side.  Angela and Richard married on a blustery September afternoon among the trees and fountains of Avanti Fountain Place in Downtown Dallas. 

Standing before the dramatic cascading fountains Angela and Richard pledged their love to one another and then Richard went on to make further promises to Angela’s son.  The scene was both beautiful and touching.  Once the ceremony was over and the pictures were taken, everyone moved inside the Avanti Restaurant.

For her special day, the bride wore a strapless white satin gown with a sweetheart neckline and shirred styling, accented with sparkling crystal jewelry.  Peeking from beneath her gown were spectacular purple shoes which matched the bridesmaids’ gowns.  Purple flowers in the bouquets and floral displays pulled together the wedding’s chic styling.

Angela’s eye for detail could even be seen in the reception, like in her stunning multi-tiered wedding cake covered in intricate floral designs set off with tiny rows of crystals and groom’s cake shaped like a fire truck.  From  humorous banners at the beginning of the ceremony to fake mustaches donned by the bride and groom for their exit, this was a fun-filled wedding day.

At Angela and Richard’s ceremony, as lovely as the trees of Avanti Fountain Place were, their trunks seemed to block every camera angle without providing cover for our cameraperson.  Still, we managed to stay out of the guests’ line of sight while we recorded the ceremony.  Then back at our studio, we carefully edited out the distracting tree trunks.

We were also able to enhance the sound track of the video.  At the ceremony we placed special noise-reducing, wireless microphones on the minister, the groom and the trio of string musicians.  In the studio we wove these feeds into the video portions and used the music from the trio as a background for the whole day.  The finished product offers an experience more complete than anyone in the audience was able to enjoy on the day of the wedding.

Kelsey and Brad’s Wedding at Carrollton’s Ridge Church in Video Wedding Dallas TX

Kelsey was so lovely on her wedding day that when Brad first caught sight of her, he had to take a deep breath to steady himself.  Kelsey and Brad were married at Ridge Church in Carrollton.

For her wedding day, Kelsey chose a beautiful strapless gown of bright white satin with a sweetheart neckline.  The A-line skirt had pick-ups all around.  The bodice and train were decorated with crystal beading.  The front of the skirt opened up to show a beaded underskirt.  Her wedding day look was topped off with a tulle veil.

Kelsey’s bridesmaids wore short strapless dresses of burgundy with large pink sashes.  A tiny flower girl spread rose petals down the aisle and a couple of junior bridesmaids rounded out the bridal party.  Kelsey and her bridesmaids carried bouquets of mixed flowers in shades of pink and white.

Kelsey and Brad wrote the vows they made to one another.  It was touching to see how intently they listened to hear what the other said.  When the rings were exchanged, Brad’s did not go on all the way, but he assured Kelsey that he’d get it on and keep it on.

Music was provided for the wedding by a stringed quintet.  The aisle was covered in white and lined with rose petals.  Arrangements of pink and white flowers hung from pew ends and graced the front of the church.  The podium area was covered in tiny votives.

We want every bride to have a video record of her wedding day.  We believe the wonderful sights and sounds of the special day can help through the rough times and make the good times even sweeter.  That’s why we worked with Kelsey to get our services into her tight budget.  She really wanted a professional video of her day, but she didn’t know how she’d afford it.

After discussing the options she decided that capturing the wedding ceremony was her highest priority and she only wanted one camera.  Whatever the budget, we dedicated to providing high quality cinemagraphic wedding videos to clients.  Our cameraperson hustled to get his equipment set up and visit both the bride and the groom before the ceremony  Though we used only one videographer, we employed visual tricks to make it seem as if there were cameras in several positions. One of the tricks up our sleeve was the nine foot tripod we set up at the back of the church.

After filming the ceremony we returned to our studio and over the next several weeks edited and mixed the audio and video footage to provide a lasting record of their wedding.

Hilary was a vision of white lace surrounded by translucent tulle as she joined Collin in matrimony at their home church, Northwest Bible Church in Dallas.  Collin was so stunned by the beauty of his bride, as she made her way down the aisle, Pastor Neil Tomba pressed a hand into the groom’s shoulder for reassurance.

The glorious June day was perfect for photos of the beautiful Hilary and her bridesmaids.  The glowing bride in her white dress stood in stark contrast to her attendants in deep sapphire.  After the wedding, the party moved to the reception at Celebration Event Center in Plano.

Celebration Event Center created an attractive backdrop for the bride and groom as they descended a stairway into the reception.  The drama of the entrance continued with the wedding party seated on a raised dais at the front of the facility.  Satin covered tables and chairs, exquisite floral arrangements and tall columns twined with twinkle lights all added to the beauty of the evening.

During the formal activities of the reception, like the First Dance and cake-cutting, Hilary continued to wear her lovely wedding gown, but later, she donned a short brocade sheath that allowed her to show off her extraordinary crystal-studded shoes while she boogied the night away.  At the evening’s end, friends and family said farewell with cascades of bubbles under the facility’s gingerbread entry.

 Our participation in Hillary and Collin’s wedding began before their wedding day and continued for weeks afterwards.  From our first contact with the bride we asked lots of questions so we could understand Hilary’s vision for her special day.  On their big day we arrived and hour and a half ahead of time, to set up in time for the ceremony, consult the other wedding vendors and capture the pre-ceremony excitement.

We used two cameras during the ceremony as well a variety of audio feeds to record both the sights and sounds of the wedding.  One videographer was near the couple, to get close-ups during the vows.  Another videographer, up in the balcony, used a videocamera on a tripod to get wider shots, like Hillary standing next to Collin with her lovely lace veil and train spread on the stairs at the front of the church.  

 During the reception our videographers were everywhere, recording everything while remaining virtually transparent to the guests and participants.  Since one of the venue’s walls was completely covered in mirrors, we had to get creative to avoid having our reflections in the video.  When the couple said farewell, we still had a lot of work to do.

Once a shoot was complete, all the video and audio recordings were taken back to our studios where they were meticulously edited and mixed to produce a video that looks just like Hillary said she wanted her wedding to look.  After our version was complete, we delivered it to Hillary and Collin for their editing suggestions.  Then the final product was produced with a menu and scene selections so that the video can be watched in whole or in parts as the couple desires.  We can even include alternate versions for various audiences.  Even the case is customized for the couple.

Still, our job was not done.  We loaded the highlights video online for family and friends to see and stored everything on our secure server, so that even if something happened to Hillary and Collin’s copies of the video, we’d still have their memories available.

This video demonstrates our “trailer-format” highlight video.  It is shorter and moves faster than our traditional format.  Hilary downloaded it on her phone and enjoyed showing it to everyone.

Afternoon sun streaming into three large windows ignited the bride’s veil and set fire to the jewels in her hair.  The magical effect of Ashton Garden‘s chapel provided a perfect backdrop for Alyssa and Brian’s wedding.

This stunning bride wore a satin fit-and-flare gown with corset lacing.  A line of crystals connected a dropped-waist bodice, covered with sequin-encrusted lace, to a full skirt and train.  The bridesmaids wore short jeweled gowns of deep royal purple and their puffed skirts echoed the longer pouf of the bride’s gown.  A darling flower girl wore a long white dress with a purple overskirt, tying the bride’s color to that of her bridesmaids’.

After a touching ceremony, which included both the lighting of a unity candle and the joining of a unity cross, the couple’s family and friends watched while the formal portraits were made.  The groom’s wry humor kept everyone laughing, so the still photographer didn’t have to urge for smiles, but she did have to hurry, because the groom was hungry for the steak he’d been promised.

The guests strolled across the lovely garden to the reception, where the Grand Staircase with its glamorous crystal chandelier and wall sconces set the stage for a regal entrance by the bride and groom.  In fact, glamorous touches were everywhere.  Silver candelabras adorned the tables and toasting flutes wore crystal covered hearts.  The gorgeous cake appeared to be wrapped in lace and set with pearls.  Ashton Garden’s marble floors, floral carpets and brocade chairs completed the elegant feel of the affair.  And of course at the end of such a grand affair, the long black limousine arrived to whisk away the new wife and her husband.

We recognize special moments and through the magic of technology produce a video which weaves the best of the day into a spellbinding experience.  The bright sunlight which ignited Alyssa’s veil and jewels also forced most of the audience to squint through the ceremony.  Our video captures only the enchantment.

Intimate moments during the couple’s vows include every sweet expression of the bride. These shots are made with a remote camera operated by a cameraman, outside the audience’s line of sight.  Our cameras caught the day’s images and a small wireless microphone on the groom also captured words and phrases which will be cherished long into the future.
