Video Production to be Shown AT THE EVENT

You are holding a special event and want to show a video at the event to underscore and highlight things that have happened up until now.

We work with a representative or committee from your team to understand the message you want to convey. We work with them to craft that into a format, with a working theme. We then meet regularly with the committee, collecting the various still photos and video clips that are taken by the group throughout the term. As the draft of the video is layed out, we suggest missing clips be taken, such as interviews.

We then provide several Itterations, adding narration, music, as the committee brings their ideas and suggestions.
When the time of the banquet has arrived, we will provide Complete Banquet Services for a small extra charge.

We bring a sound system, High Quality Speakers, Super High Quality Projector, Sound Mixer, and DVD player. We will provide you with a podium microphone if you like.

We will set up before the banquet, and run the video and take down. We will coordinate with the banquet services in terms of their screen location.

Video Production to be Shown OF THE EVENT

You are holding a special one time event that you would like recorded and turned into a Hollywood quality Video or DVD.

We work with you to define the message, the scope you have in mind, and the venue. Then we consult on various angles to get the best lighting and sound. If you have an AV person from the facility, we work closely with them to maximimize effectiveness.

We can provide all the AV you need, like Speakers, microphones, and lights, or integrate with existing systems. We capture the angles and put together a multi camera angle video for your review.

Then we enhance it with background music, transitions, titles and animations for your further approval.

Finally we package it on a DVD with easy to navigate menus. A label and DVD case is designed, and the end product is ready to distribute.

Video Production to be Shown both AT THE EVENT and OF THE EVENT
Sometimes we produce a video to be shown during the event, and then video the actual event. National Charity League is an example. We then produce a seamless DVD which incorporates the shown video with the event into a single keepsake.
