“I’m so excited this day has finally come,” Mary said, “I’m so proud and honored to become a Casler and to be married to the best man in the world.” Mary and Scott were married in an outdoor ceremony at the Worthington Renaissance in Fort Worth.
The beautiful bride chose a unique, trumpet-styled strapless gown of rusched tulle, with a sweetheart neckline and sequined belt. After hugging her torso, the dress flared out dramatically in an asymmetrical cloud of tulle ruffles. Her bridesmaids wore long soft dresses of chiffon. The rusched empire bodice was white with a red skirt.
For the ceremony, the hotel’s red-brick terrace was transformed into an open air chapel, with red lace luminaries lining the aisle and flowing white drapes surrounding the stage. Mary’s dad escorted her out of the hotel and down the aisle where he presented her to Scott. Both the bride and groom had tears in their eyes during their vows. Their joy was apparent when the officiant declared them man and wife.
The reception was held inside the Worthington. After the solo dances, Mary and Scott cut their gorgeous cake. The tiers alternated between white and red and were decorated with large red blooms. As the couple fed one another the first bites, Mary tricked Scott into getting a face full of icing. The groom’s cake was devoted to the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Mary and Scott were giddy with joy as they checked out their photo booth and participated in wedding traditions like tossing the bouquet and garter. At the end of the evening, the couple paused to thank everyone for coming and to let grandma and grandpa know that Scott did show up for the wedding.
Behind the Scenes with LeniCam Video Productions, Wedding Videographers Dallas TX
Mary and Scott were so concerned about staying within their wedding budget that they only contracted with us for one camera and only at the ceremony. We understand budgets and we work hard to produce high quality cinemagraphic videos whatever the financial constraints might be. Even with just one videographer, we knew our experience in filming and editing would allow us to create a beautiful video of the ceremony which would look as if it were recorded from a variety of vantage points.
Still, as Mary’s wedding day approached, she realized that she really wanted to have video of her reception also. After discussing the logistics of her wedding day and her budget we were able to put together a unique package just for her that included filming a portion of the reception. Mary optimized the reception schedule so we could film the events most important to her. The final video was a win-win situation for all of us.
